Recently, the medium-voltage conversion switchgear and complete set of switch equipment have been recognized as the first-of-its-kind major equipment in Wuxi City.

The protective structure of the products in this project can be roughly divided into insulation layer and armor tape. The main technological innovations involved mainly include: 1. The product adopts a drawer-type handcart structure design. Two power supplies are integrated into one handcart-type circuit breaker product, and there are two sets of operating mechanisms for separately controlling the main power side and the standby power side of the integrated medium-voltage conversion switch, with high reliability. 2. Dual mechanical and electrical interlocks. The dedicated intelligent controller for medium-voltage conversion switches provides reliable electrical interlock function, as well as manual/automatic locking function; the mechanical interlock adopts the form of rigid connecting rod transmission and is connected to the main shaft, and the limit components on the mechanical interlock mechanism can prevent simultaneous closing of the main power and standby power due to incorrect operation. 3. Specialized medium-voltage conversion intelligent controller design, featuring a three-way power switching module with programmable function, automatic measurement, LCD display, and digital communication. It integrates digitalization, intelligence, and networking. The measurement and control process is automated.

This equipment has passed the new product appraisal in Jiangsu Province and has been included in the new technologies and new products directory for key promotion and application in Jiangsu Province. It has also been recognized as an "intelligent product", achieving not only international standards but also filling the gap in domestic similar products, reaching the leading level in China, and marking the realization of independent breakthroughs in this key technology field in our country.
